All were enjoyable, but my favorites were <i>Ilium</i> and <i>Olympos</i>. These were a two-book series that was a combination view of the world far in the future combined with an account of the Trojan War. Sounds very odd, but it works for me. Also very good are <i>The Terror</i> and <i>Drood</i>. Since the above post, I have read several more novels by Dan Simmons. All were enjoyable, but my favorites were Ilium and Olympos. No, I have not yet been able to try Institut Karite shaving soap, but it has been at the very top of "my list" for the past couple of months. I think it is triple-milled. I've got some on order and am looking forward to trying it out. It's often mentioned along side Pre de Provence and Provence Santé.
